Twsbi Releases A New Color In Eco Lineup, Kaweco Starts A New Series, Diplomat Starts Hydro Dipping Their Pens, Nahvalur Adds More Ti pens To The Collection

TWSBI releases yet another color for their ECO line-up, Bahama Yellow! The color is a nice warm easy on the eye yellow both in the cap and filler knob. It comes with regular stainless steel accents and the classic #4 JoWo nib that most of us love to write with .being available in 5 different sizes (EF-F-M-B-1.1 stub) . It features a crystal clear barrel with a high ink capacity of 1.76ml thanks to the internal piston mechanism.

The pen is available in 5 different nib sizes that are interchangeable  (EF-F-M-B-1.1STUB) and the price is set at 37$ / 32€

Last week Kaweco announced a whole new series of pens! The new LUNAR SPORT takes its first step into the Kaweco standard range , the series sparkles here in two eye-catching shades. While Light Green shimmers brightly, green and bronze alternate within an iridescent color change when the pen is moved in the light, thus offering scope for exciting color contrasts.

The two color variations in the series create a literal interplay of light and shadow. The dark base color of Shadow Green makes the colors appear more intense than the more subtle Light Green. Two contrasting elements that enhance each other.

The fountain pen nibs are interchangeable and come in a wide range of sizes (EF-F-M-B-BB). Converters and clip accessories for the pen are sold separately.  The price is set at 25€ / 29$

Want the beauty of a wooden pen without being worried about it staining, cracking and denting? This might be the pen for you. Diplomat takes the already popular Aero lineup and decides to hydro-dip it....Coming up with a full Stainless Steel pen that looks like it’s made out of dark wood but it’s built like a tank.

Being a full Stainless Steel body, it comes, at 42g / 1.5z in weight so it might not be the most comfortable writing experience, especially for long writing sessions! It is equipped with a SS nib being available in EF-F-M-B. It comes with a Diplomat converter and 2 ink cartridges

Diplomat also offers a gold nib option with an enormous bump in price.... the SS nib model retails for 207€ / 240$ and the 14ct gold for 590€ / 684$

Nahvalur expands the nautilus lineup with the new finish bringing a warmer, richer expression to the collection. What’s noteworthy is the Nahvalur, rather than relying on plating or a surface coating this deep color is achieved by heating the titanium itself. This process essentially ‘brings out’ the color directly from the material, rather than covering it with an added layer. Meaning that the design won’t wear off and the Titanium will naturally patina as time goes by.

Being made of Titanium you would expect it to be on the lighter side… Nope… The total pen weight comes out at 54g / 1.9z , I am sure it’s gonna be as durable as a tank but doubt it’s going to be comfortable in the hand…

It also is a piston filling pen and comes equipped with a #6 in-house SS nib available in many sizes (EF-F-M-B-BB-STUB) The pen retails for 178€ / 207$
